Winterweer update

Dear Customer,
The current winter weather is causing significant challenges for everyone, including us. Naturally, we are doing everything possible to deliver orders on time, but unfortunately this is not always feasible. As a result, deliveries may be delayed beyond the scheduled time, or in some cases need to be rescheduled. Even when conditions allow us to fully resume our services, the effects of the past period may still be noticeable for some time.
Schedule delivery
The winter weather is expected to continue for a while. We are closely monitoring the situation, and it may still be necessary to adjust our delivery schedules. This can vary by location within the Netherlands. The safety of everyone including you, our delivery drivers, and our staff is our top priority, and we will take appropriate measures in any unsafe situations.
Minimize impact
We are working hard every day to minimize the impact for you. We will continue to keep you informed daily about the status of your shipment and will make extra efforts, including weekend deliveries, even on Sundays.
