Whether it is an online purchase delivered to the home or a purchase in a bricks-and-mortar shop with home delivery, convenience is key.
Full-service delivery
Dynalogic delivers bicycles and electric bikes at any time and to any location. With the standard delivery, the bicycle is delivered and must be assembled by the recipient. With a full-service delivery, the bicycle is fully assembled. Fitting the handlebars, adjusting the pedals and setting the saddle to the right height are part of our full service.
Electric bikes
When delivering electric bikes, the battery is also connected and an explanation is given of how the bike and battery work. Maintenance, repair and replacement of batteries are also part of our service.
Responsible recycling
Of course, we take away packaging materials for sustainable processing. This way, you offer your customer the desired service throughout the customer journey, from purchase and delivery to after-sales.
