As a result, sorting errors or shipment rescheduling may occur.

We understand that you would like to stay informed about the status of your delivery. If a sorting error has occurred, you will automatically receive a notification from us as soon as it has been resolved. Until then, we are unfortunately unable to provide a detailed status update.
