Dynalogic, a logical conclusion!

Dynafix, subsidiary of DynaGroup, as strongly specialised these past few years in repair. This entails Central Repair in Nuth and Brussels, Local Repair (at more than 150 service points) and On-site Repair, at the customer's home. Repairing various electronic articles comprises a large part of Dynafix's activities. These electronic articles include Personal Mobile Electronics (PME) and Large Sensitive Electronics (LSE).

In order to transport these articles according to After Sales Logistics, but also to logistics services such as loan services (cameras, mobile phones, coffee machines etc.) Retail Logistics (deliveries to and between stores) and End User Logistics & E-Shop services, all components will be merged as of 1 November 2009 into a separate part of DynaGroup: Dynalogic. Dynalogic's head office is located in Woerden with additional sites in Nuth (Euregion) and Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium).

Dynalogic is all about ease, security and conversion, especially surrounding E-Shop/Telesales logistics):

Dynalogic offers ease by delivering when it suits the customer in windows of time of two hours, so the customer no longer has to wait all day at home.
Dynalogic offers security by not just photographing the customer's personal details, such as ID Card, cash card, etc.) but by scanning them on location where it is encrypted and sent over a secure network. It is a unique system, developed by Dynalogic.
We believe conversion is of the utmost importance, as when it comes down to it, that is what the business is about. Creating smart collaborations with webstores or telesales organisations in order to process orders as quickly and correctly as possible.
