Dynalogic uses a customer-specific checklist to find out if the product truly is defective, and what is exactly broken. This process involves a checklist which has been developed together with the customer and Dynalogic. Validations can be performed if the serial number is correct and if the package is complete, or if for example some accessories do need to be added. Painstakingly notes are taken so this information can later be used during product repair. This check can also be performed at different moments in the process.
