Flinders rewards personalized logistics Dynalogic with new, long-term contract

Flinders (design store with furniture and home accessories) has extended its cooperation with logistics service provider Dynalogic. The proficient, personal care for the high end designer items and the clear communication have led to a new, long-term agreement. "It is, after all, Quality products deserve to be delivered in a high-quality way," says Operations Director and owner Oscar Diele.
Flinders is a fast growing omni-channel living shop with an extensive range of about 20.000 high-quality designer articles. More than three quarters of the products are directly available from the new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Amsterdam westpoort. "That large stock – and with that the fast delivery – is one of the aspects with which Flinders distinguishes itself", says Operations Director and owner Oscar Diele.
For deliveries of larger products, such as tables, chairs and cabinets, Flinders works together with Dynalogic, specialist in the logistics handling of non-standard products. This 'personalized logistics' also offers a distinctive character, for example at the online check-out, where delivery options are linked with the planning of Dynalogic. This gives customers of Flinders the ability to select the desired delivery time – with a choice of different time slots, of two hours or longer – itself. What is ordered before 6 pm today, is delivered tomorrow.
Full service delivery
The full-service delivery of Dynalogic guarantees the proper care for the high-quality design products. The logistics service provider takes for example care for the fact, that the goods are placed on the desired spot in their house and that packaging materials and other materials are taken back. Product damages are limited to a minimum and the end customer is fully taken care of. Via sms, email and Track & Trace options, the customer is also constantly informed about the status of his order.
Consumers reward the approach with a rating of 9. That excellent score and excellent performance were for Flinders reason enough to extend the cooperation with Dynalogic and start a new, long-term agreement. "Thanks to these good results, we have grown so fast. In the past year our growth had a percentage of 65 percent. The year before it was even 100 percent. We had never been able to achieve that without Dynalogic "said Diele.
